Many people ask me why the name Fling. I struggled with a name and every name I thought of just didn’t feel right . I was very fortunate to have a supportive family and I wanted to honor my parents. My father was from Scotland and my parents raised us with Scottish traditions. One of the traditions was to attend the Highland Games. At the games I would participate in contests dancing the Highland Fling. Hence, the name Fling! Fling is a dance and who isn’t happy when they are dancing?

 Always use a moisturizer and nourishing cream
 Use a nourishing body cream
 Wear SPF!

 Take a nightly bath and relax for 15 minutes

Don’ts
 Don’t go to tanning salons, which can cause premature aging
 and could lead to skin cancer
 Do not smoke, causes skin dehydration and promotes early wrinkles
 Don’t eat junk food
 Don’t use soaps
 Avoid use benzoyl peroxide, hydrogen, retinoic acid and
 glycolic acid, which decreases the protective barrier of the skin.
  Use only under your physicians or skin care providers advice.
 Don’t pick skin, causes more inflamation and infection
 Don’t over do it, less is more!
